We are a dedicated community group that advocates for common sense Short-Term Rental Regulations and to be good neighbors. We work with the city & residents to create a safe and welcoming environment for locals & guests
Community Activities
We educate Long Beach residents about the positive aspects of vacation rentals and point out misinformation, deceptions, and the hidden agendas of the special interests groups, hotel unions and anti-STR organizations that pray on people's fears and attempt to Ban Vacation Rentals in Long Beach
Bans are NEVER the Answer
Common sense regulations and enforcement is the cornerstone of good vacation rentals. Banning STRs never accomplishes what the anti-STR groups want. It only leaves Bad Operators to do what they want and drives good owners and managers out of business, at the expense of the local economy in both city tax revenue and jobs.
